It also serves as an “early warning system” for emerging health conditions before they become expensive, acute medical events requiring emergency room visits or hospitalization.

Clinical support is available 24/7 through a nurse line service, staffed by highly-trained, registered nurses. It offers a cost-effective solution for participants coping with chronic and acute illnesses, episodic or injury-related events and other healthcare issues.

Alere’s clinicians offer around-the-clock advice, guidance and support to anyone in your population who has a question or a medical problem. They also refer participants to appropriate healthcare services. This supportive approach to healthcare helps reduce absenteeism, increase productivity and improve participant satisfaction.
